Adsense Manager plugin for WordPress

Adsense Manager is a new WordPress plugin to help manage Adsense ads on your blog. While other plugins require you to copy and paste code from the Google Adsense site, Adsense Manager generates the code automatically for you.

This allows you to modify Ads right from your WordPress admin panel. You can change colours, type and size of ads with a push of a button. On WordPress Widgets enabled blogs you can also drag the Ads around your Sidebar to position them as you like.

The plugin is new release but should be fairly stable which means that you should not experience any problems when using it. Please keep the bug reports coming in if you find them!

Download the latest version here.

Installation Instructions

  • Unzip the downloaded package and upload the Adsense Manager folder into your WordPress plugins folder
  • Log into your WordPress admin panel
  • Go to Plugins and “Activate” the plugin
  • “Adsense Manager” will now be displayed in your Options section and “Ads” appears under Manage.
  • Complete usage instructions are available here.

How much would you pay for a WordPress theme?

The title of this post is the same question that is being asked at WPDesigner.com in hopes of judging a fair price for what I assume is a custom WordPress theme. I have priced getting one created before, and the price for me has ranged from about two hundred dollars, all the way up to around three and four thousand dollars. While a non-unique theme, slightly modified was more in the ten to hundred dollar range.

Regardless of how easy or hard, graphic or code intensive, WordPress themes are time consuming. The time it takes to put together a theme ranges from three or four hours to three or four days.
